When you submit the form, we may process your name, company, organisation/company number, country, email, phone, selected service, budget range and the message you write. The information is used to assess and follow up your inquiry.

Information connected to an inquiry is processed where necessary to respond to the request, to take steps before a possible contract, or based on our legitimate interest in handling business inquiries and securing the website.
Recipients and email
Inquiries are delivered internally to post@arcverk.no with copies to lars@arcverk.no and per@arcverk.no. Technical hosting and email providers may process data as processors.
Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to follow up the inquiry and any resulting client relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to a client relationship are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer necessary.
Security
The form uses server-side validation, CSRF protection, simple rate limiting and spam controls. We do not intentionally collect more information than necessary for the purpose.
